Many site builders charge according to every little thing they create on your site or by the hour.  Then after your site is done, they inform you of additional fees to mega tag/optimize (code it) so your site can be picked up in the search engines.   I do not do that. I charge per type of page.  I mega tag your site as I build it.  All Prices are listed on my order page. I accept payment plans (like a layaway!); No problem. (Min $50 down to get started). I can add each page according to your payments.  Build your site according to your budget allowing you to realistically get going vs doing nothing!  I only build small to medium size sites. I do not do video sites. (although I will steam into page a video misc extra $10 each) I do NOT accept huge sites, sites that require databases, memberships, or e-commerce other than PayPal. The reason is, "I stay within the small business sites, info, &/or personal site marketplace". It allows me to create your professional looking website at bargain price and fast turnover. I keep limits to products simply because too many become a catalog, At that point you need a backend database where the cost & timeframe is much greater to build.  And, I do not build sites where products are constantly changing on a daily basis. If it changes needed are monthly, quarterly, or once a year, I can do that on a low maintenance plan for you if needed. I do offer assistance in maintenance & updating for a very low fee if you need me for that after site is finished. (price chart on pricing order page) 

You can succeed even with baby steps, if a professional looking website is your goal. Don't dream about it. Make your personal or business dream a reality!

Here is how it works - (FAQ: What is considered a web page? A: Every link is a different page)

1) Figure out your template/layout style:  Your index home page:
If the main page is graphics, a personal page, just info, or a personal/business combo, IT'S ONLY $50.
If that is all you need, the one page, then that is the total website price!!!
If your site will have extensive long pages the first main page template is $75.
If it has PayPal shopping cart - ecommerce or some form of order button on site, the first main page is $100.

2) Add additional page(s):  Based on same as above, only on a smaller scale.
    * Each additional page (same layout) or (if product 2nd link page to order) is $25
    * Different type page or extra long (with same template layout)  is $40
    * Product listing pages (Priced 1-6 products/page) for each additional page outside front home page >>  $40.
    * if you add LittleWebDesigns or " I host at TheCoolEasy" logo, link, or mini banner to your site (you choose where) you get a contact page OR 2 email's FREE.
     * upload your site to another hosting service:  $25 extra fee. Ask about a free month transfer for those already on a domain.
Total both the above - That is generally the total price!  (go to "Before you Order" page to determine what you need)
