While many charge according to every little thing they do when creating your
site or by the hour; I charge
mostly per type of
page. Then after your site is done, there are additional fees
to mega tag/optimize (code it) so your site can be picked up in the search
engines. I mega tag while I am building. If you want your site a certain
way, no problem. I can add it while building free or very low charge if it
is a time consuming take, unless its something that requires additional
scripts, or simple database.
Here is how it works
First, figure
out your template/layout style:
If the main page is graphics, a personal page, just info, or a
personal/business combo, IT'S ONLY $50.
If that is all you need, the one page, then that is the total website
price!!!
If your site will have extensive long pages the first main page template is
$75.
If it has PayPal shopping cart - ecommerce or some form of order button on
site, the first main page is $100.
Then each additional page is based on same as above, only on a smaller
scale.
* Each additional page (same layout) or (if product 2nd link
page to order) is $25
* Different type page or extra long (with same template
layout) $40.
* Product listing pages (Priced 6 products/page) is $40.
* if you add LittleWebDesigns or " I host at TheCoolEasy"
logo, link, or mini banner to your site (you choose where) you get a contact
page OR 2 email's FREE.

I build small to medium
size sites only. I do not do video sites. (although I will steam
into page a video misc extra $10 each) I do NOT accept huge sites, sites
that require databases, memberships, or e-commerce other than PayPal.
The reason is, "I stay within the small business sites, info, &/or
personal site marketplace".
It allows me to create your professional looking website at bargain pricing
and fast turnover. I keep limits to products simply because if one is
building a catalog, I will not do that. You will need a backend data base to
keep it updated. I do not spend time building backend databases. And, I do
not build sites where products are constantly changing on a weekly or daily
basis. If it changes monthly or few times a year, I can do that on a
maintenance plan.
I do offer assistance in maintenance & updating for a low fee no matter what
type I build for you. All Prices are listed on my order page. I also
accept payment plans (like a layaway!); No problem. (Min $50 down). I
will build each page in time as you make your next payment. It allows you to
build your site according to your budget monthly while getting your site up
online. You can succeed, even with baby steps, if a website is your goal. |
