Things You Need To Do:

While you are awaiting to hear back
from me (usually 2-72 hours depending on time of day
and/if weekend. (existing clients can call 9am-9pm EST) I
usually give you a day, so that you might additionally think
through what you want per any changing in layout or info. My
initial contact it usually much quicker. Please wait this
timeframe to give me a chance to contact you first. Then should
you not hear from me, please do contact me. Thank you |

Write down any
questions. I am friendly and personal however; when we talk on
phone, please try to keep to subject matter & respect my time vs
discussions of the industry in general or just long chit chats
that have nothing to do with me building your site. Thanks |

If you have any
images/ pictures, please have them ready to email to me. If you
want video stream, have the link(s) ready. I only accept images
in the following formats: gif, jpg, jif jpeg, cpt, fpx, max,
msp, psp, pic, psd, pbm, pgm, iff, lbm, pct, png, raw, clp, wmf,
bmp, tif, tiff,clp, wpg, tga,pcx |

I can create emails
for you. First two are free. Includes set up, auto responder,
and can forward it to any email address you would like. Think
about any emails addresses you might want. Example: mike@yoursite.com
or support@yoursite.com or orders@, customerservice@... get the
idea? |

Scout around online
at sites. Find 3 you like. That will give me idea what your
looking for. Keep in mind that it can not be the same as what
you might find vs copyrights, along with site you see might be a
database or a more technical site. |

If you have
products, did you want one page showing all (extra long if over
six products + Products page= $160) anyway, gather the images,
product descriptions, and prices. I will set it up so that
you will be emailed when you get the orders! Long into paypal to
double check your payment and order information..... Then all
you have to do is just fill those orders and keep your profits!
If you want different pages or second pages with each products
on a page, put them together so you can email them when ready. |

Gathering you
products/statements with text & prices: group each together.
Please put next to it the name of image. just copy and paste
text in an email, and attach pic images. I prefer to have plain
text vs programs like word or doc file when possible to to extra
steps to convert in your site. |

Have you thought of the domain name yet? If you ordered the
domain name I can do that for you if needed and set the server
to thecooleasy hosting server so it will show up online. The
price does not include the domain itself. I use
godaddy.com.
If you already have the name, i can set server or you can go
ahead and set the server to ns1.thecooleasy.com &
ns2.thecooleasy.com. This way it will be ready for me to upload
as i create to proof. |

business paypal account, open while you wait so I will know the
email address to do your site, if needed.

After your site is
finished, if you would like a server backup of your site so you
will have a server copy and a physical copy on disk, I can do
those. Backups on disk are $20 + $4 Postage. You can pay for
that after we are done on the Miscellaneous Order Button. |
