Should you place your order after 9pm, please call us first thing in that following morning and we will set your account up then. Once we get your call, we can usually set up within the hour. Most often, less than an hour is the average time rate. Once you place your order, you will get a number to call us on.

  6. I see some hosts offering "unlimited bandwidth". Why don't you offer this?
Technically speaking, there is no such thing as "unlimited bandwidth." Someone has to pay for the traffic somewhere. So, actually that is pretty deceiving.  If you check the fine print of some service agreements from companies who claim to offer unlimited bandwidth, you'll probably find that they do charge for traffic over a certain amount. We dispense with the fine print. However, without a doubt, we do offer some of the most highest bandwidth out there for the money. Many companies also offer all kinds of fancy packages, but the truth is, if you don't need them, it does you no benefits. Its just words. What we suggest, and try to offer you is availability for these things. Offering you low cost hosting as you start out and then increase as your traffic and business increases. After all, its about making money when in business while having quality at a lower cost if possible. We try to provide this for our customers in business.

Therefore you totally are responsible for these issues. We do check monthly to make sure these issues are valid on sites.  Should you break these issues, your site could be terminated or suspended by us until issues are resolved. You will not be refunded any downtime.  This way, it keeps thing in balance, regulations, and stays away from issues that no one, including our self, wants to deal with.  .

  8. Is my site backed up and how often?
We provide daily backups of all data on our servers.  However, it is the clients responsibility to do all back ups of their site should anything un-foreseen ever happen. If, in the unfortunate event, something happens to your files, it is your responsibility to have a local copy of your files. We are NOT held liable in any way for any files, money, time, effort, etc... lost due to this unfortunate event. Furthermore, if your files are lost, we will attempt to restore them as a gesture of good faith, but make no promises what so ever about whether the files will be brought back successfully or not. Again, as a standard policy across the board of most hosting company's, back ups are the client's responsibility.

  7. I uploaded my files, but I don't see my page?
If our default "Welcome to the Future home of", index.html, has not been replaced by another index page, then anyone going to domainname.com will still see that page instead of some other home page. This is the order in which the web server looks for a page to put up as the "home" page: >index.html, index.shtml  Just delete the index.html file and anything after it in this list will then come up automatically. Notice that "home.shtml" is NOT on the list and so will not show up as your home page. You would need to rename
